The manager/owner was friendly and always on top of things in the kitchen. He stopped by occasionally to check on us. Our server was friendly and provided updates on our food in the kitchen. Dessert (beignets with dipping sauces) were delicious! The bathrooms were very clean as well. We will definitely be back!

The first couple times I've been in, service was great, the food aesthetically looked delicious and tasted awesome. The last time I came in, wasn't very good. Service was lacking, didn't get any water right away when we were seated looking at the menu. Took a while before they took our order and when I received my lasagna, it looked like they just microwaved it. The plate had splotches of grease around the plate that left burnt marks. They didn't even bother to try to wipe off the burnt parts around the plate. It didn't look appetizing and I was concerned it wasn't as fresh. So 2 out of 3 times I've had a good experience with good food and service. That missing star is just for the last visit where it wasn't a good experience. It was an off night where they had trivia and it didn't seem that busy but I saw a lot of staff standing at the bar and wasn't sure if they were on break. They were just congregating having conversations which seemed a little off-putting to me.
