I interpret this as theft/blatant choice to rip people off with at LEAST one shift manager complacent. It aint hard to be honest. Good luck with that quality control guys, hope the stakeholders ain’t asking “why are we down in sales” with all the mid level management wondering why their jobs is just “gone”.
