  It was always the quality of the food that is unsatisfactory. The customer service is ok, but either way the most recent visit I buy 3 orange juices @ 4$ each, and it tastes like watered down sunny-d... You want a good ok with your meal I highly recommend the mcdonalds on elkhorn instead .

  12/26 My family and I did a breakfast order on the McDonald’s app about 15-20 minutes before breakfast ends. We live close by so it didn’t take me long to arrive, however, the line was long so I was stuck in the drive-thru about 20-25 minutes (you’re trapped in once you get into the line so I was unable to go inside). When I got up to the window to retrieve my order they said “oh we canceled your order”. They offered no remedy, just simply said they gave the breakfast burritos to the car in front of us and are done making breakfast. There was no notification on the app they canceled it, and we ordered BEFORE breakfast ends. Then I asked to speak to the manager and let them know they need to do something, I already waited almost 30 minutes in line and we weren’t notified. The manager reluctantly asked what we had, didn’t even bother looking it up or reprinting the receipt to make it accurately, and asked me to pull over and wait. I waited another 20 minutes or so and they only included about half my order. All of that to not even come back with breakfast for every family member. Oh but they included an apple pie that zero person wanted like that makes up for it. Terrible customer service.

  This place sucks especially there’s an arrogant and rude guy (Cody, and an asian woman, they are the rudest servicer I have ever experienced.

  همه چیز ها بسیار عالی بود کارمند های بسیار با اخلاق و با حوصله هستن تمام غذا های شان بسیار مزه دار است و به سطح تمام سکرمانتو بهترین مارکیت است از لحاظ قیمت غذا و تمام چیز های دیگر پیشنهاد می‌کنم یک بار از نزدیک مراجعه بکنین پشیمان نمیشوین.

  RATS!!! I was in the drive thru line today and over heard a conversation between an employee and a delivery driver. The employee said, "we have a really bad problem with rats here, a real bad problem" and then said something about the rats causing some problem they have been having....WHAT! I can't do it anymore. This location is always dirty (inside) so it makes sense. I'm not returning to this location ever.
