I ordered through the app, spent money, stood in line for 40 minutes, and DID NOT GET ANYTHING. The restaurant worker simply said they don't accept mobile orders and closed the window. McDonald's is hitting another rock bottom!

I’m actually mostly annoyed at the fact that McDonald’s teaches employees /trains them on how to make beverages not only that the screen shows you step by step. (Expresso machine). Every time I come here and yes im the one who keeps returning because I understand mistakes happen and typically it’s not a big issue. Today I pulled in and was told to wait for my order to be taken while I waited 3 cars had their order taken. I asked if they were ready and they said they needed more time/ I ordered food and a macchiato. An iced caramel macchiato to be exact. The manger handed me what looked like cream and iced coffee and it was horrible. I asked them to remake it and she wanted me to pull forward and wait and I said no she remade it and brought back and iced caramel coffee . With no cream . It was horrid/ I asked if someone could make it right and they said no. I had to receive a refund. There is a sign on their walls stating refund will not be given because they can fix it but what are they going to do about a problem they cannot fix . The managers Alexis and Alicia (that’s what they said their names were) are horrible at customer service , did not apologize and kept insisting that’s what a macchiato is and that’s what it looked like . The first one yes did look like a macchiato but the coffee at the top was watery . The second one was an odd brown clear ish color .10/20/2025 around 9 am.

If I could give zero stars for service I would I've never been racist but today I was a "victim" of racism I'm a big ol white boy that gets along with everyone and today I was overlooked,passed up, ignored and treated like I was diseased at the same time every black/African American customer was treated with respect and acknowledged even after asking a manager for assistance I was literally ignored for over 15 minutes I will never return here and I will tell people of this experience you should be ashamed of your management at this establishment I also have witnesses to back up what I'm saying about my experience I spent over $60 for cold fries and 3/4 filled cups

I ordered 2 sausage McMuffins with egg at the drive thru. At the window I was asked what I ordered and I confirmed that I had ordered 2 sausage McMuffins with egg. I get home and realize they gave me 2 McMuffins with Canadian bacon. I’m not sure if this was done purposefully as it was the last 30 minutes of breakfast and maybe it was easier to make. This store does not offer refunds and breakfast is over so I can’t even ask for it to be remade.
