We had requested a pancake ice cream cake and a cupcake ice cream cake, but unfortunately, we didn’t receive what we ordered because the cake decorator was sick that day. The owner felt very bad about the situation and went above and beyond to make it right. He personally delivered replacement cakes to our party location and even offered us a free cake for a future occasion. Three months later, when we asked about the free cake, he remembered and honored his offer.

Unfortunately there was a power outrage at the store the night before I picked up the cake and the cake was ruined sadly. The business owner and artist texted me and they made up a normal bread cake with the same size and almost the same decoration and refunded me the money. It was not exactly what my daughter had expected but I do really appreciate that they tried the best to provide a quick solution. The business owner was responsive and helpful. I would recommend this store to anyone who is considering a special cake for a special occasion.

Can I redeem my birthday rewards at any Baskin-Robbins?
Most of our U.S. shops accept Birthday Club rewards, but not all. If you’re planning to use a Birthday Club reward, you may want to call your local shop first to see if they will accept it.
Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
Once you are logged in, click on “Family Members” and then “Add a Family Member”. From here, add your family member’s details. You can add up to five family members.

After I sign up for the Birthday Club, how do I edit my account information?
Editing your account information is easy. Just sign in to your account in the BR App, tap the pink spoons icon, and click My Account to make the necessary edits.
I forgot my Birthday Club password. How do I log in?
You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
