- WRWendy Rivera4 days ago5.0I had an incredible experience here today that totally saved my lunch! I made a mistake and placed an online order without realizing it was for the Redlands location instead of the Riverside Food Lab spot. When I arrived, the cashier kindly explained that this location doesn't actually have online ordering yet, it's only at Redlands. I was fully prepared to just bite the bullet, reorder, and pay a second time because the mistake was 100% on me. However, the girl at the register went out of her way to talk to the team in the back. Instead of making me pay again, they agreed to make my order right then and there! I was so grateful and honestly shocked by the level of service. They didn't have to do that, but they chose to be helpful and kind. The food is always great, but this kind of service is extraordinary. I’ll definitely be coming back (and double-checking my location next time!). Huge thank you to the team for being so accommodating!

The 3 sauces provided were a good compliment, with the green pepper sauce being a standout. However, the portions are slightly small for the price, but it is worth for the flavor. Would recommend
