It was my first time being inside of a Capital One Cafe. And I was impressed with the relaxed atmosphere and the service the ambassador provided. I was in and out on record time and got a good cinnamo maple latte as well. I was down right surprised at the service and the overall vibe of the cafe. Will I be back? As a Capital One customer yes I will be.

This is a nice and quiet space to get work done and have a caffeinated beverage. The space is pretty big and one can do a little banking here as well. They also have a little patio up front if you enjoy soaking up some sun and do a little bit of people watching. Ok so I ordered one of their seasonal drinks which was the Matcha Cardamom and it was actually pretty good I have to say. The cardamom was a little subtle so if you’re looking for a strong matcha taste this drink won’t have that. I also ordered their Nitro Cold Brew which was a total miss. I’m not sure if they ran out or just didn’t know how to pour it out of the tap but just look at my pic and you’ll see what I’m talking about. Service was not memorable but then again what can you expect from a certain age group. Other than that this place is still a good spot to check out if you’re looking for a little peace and quiet while enjoying a nice beverage.

Well I feel played when they say that you get a discount with your capital one credit! It’s hilarious how they raised the price of a mediocre coffee to give you two dollars off! Went there and order 2 coffees and after waiting more than 5 mins for some one to take my order the girl messed up and got me only one!! They didn’t even acknowledge the mistake and the funny looking barista told me to go back to the register and pay again so he could make it for me !!! Like if it was my fault that the cashier who has only one job don’t even get it right!!! Any ways I declined and went to Coffey Bean !!! They can keep their coffe…. Too bad that Capital One is associated with this type of customer service!!!.

I had a very disappointing experience at the Capital One Café in Rancho Cucamonga. When I arrived, the location finder in the app wasn’t popping up. I asked Kristin for help, and instead of assisting properly, she kept telling me to scroll up and down in the app. She then walked away to help another customer in a very rude manner. I asked if there was a way to reserve a nook, and only a minute later she mentioned that I could scan the QR code on the door — something she could have easily told me from the beginning. Later, when I went to get another drink, the same cashier with dyed blonde hair — who had asked me the first time if I was using a Capital One card — did not ask me again and charged me the regular price. At every other Capital One Café I’ve visited, they always ask if you’re paying with a Capital One card. When the manager saw me at the register and noticed I wasn’t receiving the Capital One benefit, he asked if everything was okay. I explained the situation, and surprisingly, he asked if I had told the cashier. That should not be my responsibility — this is standard practice at every other Capital One location. The worst part: I ordered a mocha latte and was never asked what kind of milk I wanted. They made it with 2% milk. Just a few seconds later, I asked if it could be made with almond milk instead. The barista took the drink straight to the sink and threw it away rather than remaking it properly or offering a solution. Overall, the service was rude, careless, and completely inconsistent with the Capital One Café experience I’ve had at other locations. Very disappointing. All workers seemed frustrated and were super rude. First and last time ever to this place!
