- AGAstrid GarciaOct 17, 20251.0When I first walked it , I went to the ATM and tried to retrieve cash from my second savings account. It was denied I went over to speak to someone at the cafe counter to speak to a bank teller and they pointed to wait at the podium. As soon as I walked up to the podium a capital rep opened an office door and asked if I needed help, I respond with a yes. I had asked if I could get help taking cash out from my savings and he said that I have to move it to my checking, then I asked if I could get gas from my second checking he responded with I have to withdraw from the checking my card is attached to. During this time, there was no sense of privacy, the nearest table was too close to the podium and after having my capital one 360 checking account for over 11 years, this was the first time I was getting cash. Not the best experience for me, I suggest you speak to someone in a more private area for your needs or concerns. Also, there should be an overhead sign to where the podium is and more space away from the point of contact to speak to a Capital One representative.

Capital One Cafés offer a modernized, friendly approach to banking that provides a low pressure way to get support. While we don’t have traditional bank tellers in our Cafés, customers can use our self-service options to get everyday banking done., even on the weekend. Ambassadors are on hand to assist you along the way with your banking questions, and can even help you apply for an account. Capital One Checking account holders can use Café ATMs fee-free to check their balance, deposit or withdraw cash, make credit card payments and more. Come in for everyday banking–stay to enjoy a handcrafted beverage. You can also:
- Replace, reissue or activate your debit card

Account holders (18+) can reserve a nook—a private workspace with tables and outlets—when they’re in the Café or from their Capital One mobile app. When in the Café, visitors can scan the QR code on the door of the nook to access the reservation portal to complete their booking. As of December 2024, account holders can make reservations in the Capital One mobile app by searching for their preferred Café, viewing the details of that Café and selecting "Reserve a Nook" to access the reservation portal.
