- MJM (James)Jul 20, 20251.0Well I Arrived at 2:35 P.M to buy a drink and waffle bowl there are two employees males ask me to scan my reward's several times he said the total , I paid afther other employee respond they cannot give me my over lemonberry ice drink I asked them what is wrong they said they do not know , I asked employee for a manager to help them or help me employee responded they are not the manager. I said I am a Jamfam gold Status member this is completely unacceptable and unprofessional to customers 2:55 P.M I Received the waffle bowl and not lemonberry ice drink, I Left the store appetite is ruined this was terrible customer service and embarrassing unacceptable.
