Instead, it will turn into an endless runaround with their gift card dept with no resolution, no date, no nothing but an email saying be patient. $500 visa gift card and we're approaching 4 WEEKS! and still out the 500. What they will do for/to you is hand you off to the gift card co their getting the product from, you end up in another country with someone with broken English so bad they can't spell your name right and there's only five letters in my last name, communication is so bad you end hanging up three times you can only take so much, beyond frustrating. Safeway, Albertsons, Neal, please don't respond, you've had your chance. Theres three other grocery stores in town, I don't need you or this crap. I've been coming to Safeway since the 60's when it was where Staples is now, in a field with a greasy burger joint attached to the side and a machine in the store to test tubes from your TV. McDowell and Washington where two-lane roads and the only thing at the intersection was a gas station, best western and a stop sign. If you're at the point where you start considering legal action? Most of the time, it's not you.

The filling was fine but inedible to eat without crust. I called customer service to see if they could credit my account. I have a member account but was told I needed to physically come into the store and bring the pie. Today is the day before Thanksgiving! When I was there yesterday, parking was a huge challenge and I was not willing to drive back to the other side of town. She said the preference is that I come back in today with the pie which I said I wouldn't do. This is extremely inconvenient for a customer over the holiday weekend. So she said I still needed to bring the pie in even after a few days to get a refund. Amazing! I would like to give zero stars.
