  We will never come back. The first of our table arrived and sat for 15 minutes without being greeted or served. It wasn’t busy. The others got there and realized no one even had water. Three of us got up separately to find a server to ask for water and/or to take our orders. Took another 15 minutes. (If there had been another place close by we would have left then.) Finally a server took our drink orders and was confused when someone asked about which wines they had on happy hour (“red and white” doesn’t cut it.) Drinks come. Brought wrong wines. She just put them on the table, so we didn’t know which was which. We ordered appetizers. They came, were cold and average. One person then ordered extra crispy fries, size large. After another long wait, they came, and could not have truly been large - and were cold. We gave a crappy tip, even though some of wanted to give nothing. None of us will ever go back. Lots of choices for better food and actual servers who give a care.

  Same as others have said, slow inattentive service. Place was only half full and their menu isn’t exactly complicated. I waited 30min for a wrap. Was never updated - I had to flag someone to ask.

  I got some old fashioned buffalo wings. They wete pretty good. Wing stop is better but still decent. The girl that finally helped me was very nice and attentive, but there were 3 different employees before her that walked up, 2 of them ignored me while looking directly at them, and the 3rd looked at me and rolled her eyes. Seems to be typical of service workers these days. Respect, decency, and not to mention a little pride in whatever it is you do for a living, have gone by the wayside. Overall it's kind of a sports oriented Applebee's... meh

  Horrible service, this is the third time over the last two years that I’ve come in to eat. Every time they take for ever to seat, then take forever to take your order and even longer to bring drinks from the bar. Forget about getting a second drink! The most profitable menu item is alcohol and those guys are horrible at delivering it (like on average 15 minutes to get a drink).

  Arrived and waited 45 mins to be seated or greeted by employee. Once seated I placed order right away since it took long to be seated. Literally took almost 2 hours to receive food. Of course we were upset but we had just arrived to feed kids after leaving pumpkin patch. As we were getting ready to tell waitress to 86 all food because of how long it took a different employee had came out with the food. We ended up needing to ask for boxes and had to take everything to go. They weren’t busy, it was our table and 4 others only. I’m not sure if it was the waitress staff or the kitchen. But this day just wasn’t in their favor. Honestly the worst restaurants I have been too in so long.
