  hoy fui con mi familia queriamos disfrutar de la comida pero me siento tan desepcionada de ese lugar estuvimos esperando mas de una hora y nunca yegaron con nuestra comida cuando tratabamos de hablar con el personal nos ignoraban y al final nuestra comida no yego no entiendo como pueden tener esa clase de personas sino tienen la capacidad de dar buen cervicio para eso se paga pero la verdad no vale la pena por nada lo recomiedo😡😡

  The most horrible service I have ever experienced. When first walked in the first thing I noticed was there was no one in the front. After we got seated, we asked for our order, we noticed that an hour had passed and our food wasn’t served yet, so I tried to speak to one of the servers but he just ignored us and pass next to my table and said nothing what kind of service is this? I then proceeded to ask someone else and this server said “ we are having problems in the kitchen” and that someone else had given our order to somebody else’s. But our order was going going to be ready in 15 minutes so we still waited, 10 minutes later they just brought one spicy chicken sandwich that we ordered that things didn’t even had mayo or lettuce it look like if they just warmed it up. Do not even think of coming here to waste your money for something that won’t satisfy you They should put a movie theater instead of a restaurant I see that to put screens are better than serving a person

  I completely agree with other reviewers about the service here. So Buffalo Wild Wings is a huge sponsor of the NFL, and they are a sports bar with a TON of large TV screens. Would this location not be aware that with our local team playing in a fairly important game, they may need to make sure they are completely staffed and prepared? Perhaps they are having a larger staffing issue in general, not sure. We got there about 20 minutes before the game began, a huge line waiting to be seated and not a host in sight. Instead, several scurried around inefficiency creating a table for a larger group, not making any eye contact with anyone waiting so no explanation, or even a "thank you for your patience" could be offered. Three or four empty tables sat waiting for occupants while at least that many parties piled up waiting in the lobby. 20 minutes passed and finally she comes to tell us we still can't sit because the servers are backed up. I believe they missed the entire point that most were there to sit at a table to watch the game, not wait for a table in the lobby. Once seated (after 25 minutes, and being seated by a server, not the hostess), we waited a bit for the order to be taken, not too bad. Food came without too much wait, though not all at once. But fine, the game is 2.5 hours anyway. The server was pleasant. But drinks were not refilled, water never came. I went to the bar to ask for my own water (which was very warm??), then later got up to refill my own water cup. The food was as expected, not amazing, but typical for fast casual. They were out of a few of the sauces (which we weren't told until the food was supposed to be done and we had to choose another). All in all, they just really need to get themselves organized. I don't know that it was just a low staffing issue... the team didn't seem to understand how to do their job. Lots of wandering around with empty hands and NO eye contact. Some servers seemed stressed, but most others just seemed lost or without any sense of urgency or specific direction. Not sure I'd return.

  They are very understaffed and the staff that is there is not very attentive. The food is also not as good as Chilli's

  Absolute terrifying experience! Waiter was the worst ive dealt with so far in my life. Slammed our drink on the table because he was upset that it was his first day. You could see the carbonation all come to the top after he slammed out drinks. After he place the complete wrong order into the system to the point where I thought we got someone elses order. I then spoke to a different employee and they explained he was new which is understandable but the hostility should never be directed toward a customer. Will most likely never return to this establishment.
