Without understanding my needs, she went ahead and grabbed two dozen donuts. I showed her the promotion again, but she still had no idea what to do with it, even though she checked the calendar on the wall, she still didn’t understand what it was. Just as I left, she suddenly noticed the promotion on her screen. Very rude and disappointing experience!
