On 3 separate occasions, I came to this location through the drive-thru and via the kiosks. It took, On average, about 10+ minutes each time from ordering to delivery regardless of the size of the order. After some observations; I noted that they are short-staffed on taking orders (they alternate between drive thru lanes) and preparing food. In addition to hiring really young staff, which may require additional training/experience, they struggle to keep up with orders. There was no manager on site as far as i could tell. This was the case each time, even when they weren't busy. Overall this is an inefficient location.
