When I went inside the lines were long to use the kiosk and there was another line to place your order at the front . There were customers ahead of me to have their order placed. No one acknowledged us. So I asked some of the customers did they place their orders they told me no one had acknowledged them . I asked one of the employees if they could help us to take our orders . I did not realize the employee was the actually manager she told me that we need to use the kiosk. Then I seen an employee that came from helping the drive through then they took our Order. The customer service is not the same. The employees and the managers are very rude to the customers. I have been to this particular location several times for dinner and breakfast and they give us bad food . Either they double dipping the fries when you ask for no salt. If you order a big order and you ask if you could put each meal in a separate bag . They won’t do it they will have an attitude and they would put the extra bags where the food is for you to do it. I see that they discriminate towards certain cultures. When a person enters an establishment you want to feel welcomed as well as getting the best service. Every McDonald’s I have walked in has been the same customer service which is bad attitudes, no respect, and the food is prepared any kind of way. The quantity and quality is no good. They never give you what you pay for. I used to have a favorite location. Not anymore. Let’s do better McDonald’s.
