Acknowledge the customer as they come in even if you are busy it's not hard to muli task. It would reassure the customer and make them feel welcome, instead of making them feel like a burden. When a customer asks for extra ketchup please don't be so stingy! I understand people can be wasteful but a lot of the time the employees act as if your asking them for them to give you ketchup that they paid for! Come on guys be better then that, share! Friendliness definitely needs a bit work and prices are crazy as they are at all fast food places. The food is ok on freshness so I can't complain about that. The wait time and customer service is why I rated this place so low.
