- M2Milk in a cup 22 days ago1.0I do not recommend eating at this restaurant. My mother ordered the regular lasagna with no beef sauce. When it arrived, the lasagna was cold and had beef sauce on it. We politely asked for a hot lasagna made correctly. However, the replacement dish came out even colder—the middle was actually frozen. We asked to speak with the manager to understand what was happening, and the manager told us that this was “normal,” which was shocking. At that point we just asked for the check so we could leave, but no one returned with the bill. When I got up to use the restroom, I witnessed the manager and several staff members gathered at the greeting podium making fun of my mother and mocking her complaint about the food being cold. While I understand that restaurant work can be stressful and mistakes happen, mocking guests is unprofessional and unacceptable. If staff feel the need to make jokes, they should do so in private—not in a place where customers can clearly hear or see them.

When I arrived in less than 5 minutes it was ready and the staff was extremely friendly. The portion sizes were very large. Great value for the price and the placed looked to be full with lots of family ambience. Good job!
