When I asked for a sauce packet that was missing on my order they charged me 35¢ for another one...seriously?! Seems like every employee here is walking on ice and hates their job.
- RPRodney PoulsonJan 4, 20261.0LOCALS STAY AWAY! I live in the area and have gone here so many times over the years. The customer service has always been subpar and workers are not friendly at all. They have gotten my order wrong many times but hey it's fast food we all know how that goes. Today however was the last straw for me. I placed an order on the mobile app for my whole family. My mother drove down to pick up the order and I stayed home with my wife and new born child. When the mobile number was given to the employee at the speaker they claimed someone has already picked up the order. It was explained that no we did not pick up our order yet, we have the receipt and the code that the app says to provide. The employee was very argumentative and wanted to go back and forth to try and not give us the food I paid for. When we asked to speak to the manager another employee with an attitude came to the window and pretended to be the manager. Not once did the restaurant acknowledge that they made a mistake or apologize. The rude employees and poor customer service truly speaks to how this restaurant is being managed. In the end we got our food. Hopefully this is wakeup call to the owner.

One time as soon as I came into this location to pick up food, he saw my face and started laughing at me with his coworker a woman. This last time when I ordered a coffee, there was no sticker on it with no label. It taste like there’s nothing but sugar in there. When I order it online, I customize it and only order one or two creams but they pour in six creams and they don’t care about the adjustments you make online. I couldn’t tell if he made my order correct. He yelled over the counter iced coffee when I ordered a medium sugar-free coffee. The guy can’t read.
