- KWkrø wNov 9, 20251.0I placed a dine-in order at 8:58 AM and didn't receive it until 9:40 AM, well after the breakfast rush. Despite attentively waiting, other customers received their orders first. After a 10-15 minute wait, I inquired about the status of my order at the counter, and waited an additional 30 minutes. The employee who rang up the order, noted by the dollar bill earrings, claimed our number was called, which is illogical for a dine-in order. This same employee passed by us while delivering dine-in orders to others, yet our food was presented in a bag. Additionally, our hot coffee order, which was meant to be orange juice, was also incorrect, and they ended up giving the cold coffee to an old lady who came back to complain while I was still waiting for my food. When they finally brought my frappe, it was all melted, so it had to be remade. The overall service was extremely poor. I recommend that management provide additional training to front-end staff and ensure the restrooms are cleaned regularly every 30-60 minutes. I will not be returning to this location!! :)
