Got charged twice through a glitch in the app. Went in and asked the manager for help. I then watched him delete the duplicate order from the screen, then come tell me that he only had one mobile order come through and that I should call the 800# or wait until monday to come talk to a different manager. 🙄🙄

Esme was phenomenal! Took my order with a smile. Esme even dropped my food off to me personally wishing me the best. She is definitely a hard worker and a great manager.

Took me 20 minutes to get two sandwiches and two hash browns and then when I asked for a lightly toasted on the sandwich it was burnt. Not happy with that store
