Horrible drive through experience. I went in using my app trying to use a code and the worker kept saying it was invalid and kept rushing me and then told me to go the front and once going to front he was no help instead pressure me to order and looked at me like if I was dumb even when showing him the code . Had to leave this place without any food and my deal code going to waste and then he had a certain tone.

This location is one of the worst. Food tastes the same as any other location but it’s the staff that make this place shine. If you were to pick all the rejected candidates from all the other fast food places and put them under one roof this is where you would find them. Complete failure of a management team to let these people ruin your store. It’s McDonald’s so I’ll go back to lowering my expectations.

The drive thru is a nightmare. It always takes over 45 to take your order. And it is not the amount of orders they have to make but their speed and management. Everything brakes here all the time, from card readers to drive thru screen. Everybody seems mad and not friendly. By the amount of people coming here every day, this should be one of the most profitable stores, but many cars end up leaving instead of waiting to get their order, and there are plenty of other fast food places around with faster and better service.
I only come here whenever I forget why I stopped coming to this store. And I love McDonalds.
This is a bad management issue.
On top of that, most of the time i get my food cold.

trash. idk how ordering in store is but on the app… i had my order delivered and the nuggets were missing. it was just a 6pc happy meal for my kid and i only received fries and the juice box. i had to order a 10 piece nuggets separately RIGHT AFTER and I was still short one ranch cup.
