Making it open for the employees to harass whoever they choose. The food you receive is always cold, maybe warm on a good day. The employees backs are turn towards the customer more often than not. These businesses are no longer welcoming even to paying customers. I no longer support companies who run their businesses like this. The quality of McDonalds has gone down tremendously.

I ordered a TinyTAN Happy Meal and clearly customized my burger, but somehow got the wrong meal entirely. The receipt literally showed what I asked for yet what I received was the total opposite. On top of that, they didn’t even follow the customization for my burger. And the cherry on top? They charged me twice for a single bag. Not worth the walk from school just to deal with that mess. No wonder people still boycott y’all. Never trust a company that calls itself “family owned”
