It was a liability/security issue involving the drive-thru, where a drive-thru customer completely blocked the drive-thru exit for 30 minutes, while locking his car, and going inside the dining room to argue with the staff. No drive-thru customers with their food could get past him. The staff nor managers did nothing, even after customers came inside to look for the driver. When the supervisor Ashley, (given my info from the corporate office), called me to further discuss the situation, not only did she not give me the satisfaction it would be resolved in the future, but was very rude. She basically suggested I go elsewhere. I feel this location is only interested in non-human transactions, meaning app, kiosk, drive-up, Uber-eats, etc and drive-thru orders. Customer service no longer exists. This incident poses a liability if there is violence erupted out of frustration and anger between drivers. If you want great customer service go to In N' Out.
