  I PRAY they open back up. Literally was so good. This BBQ reminded me of my childhood at the family gatherings with loved ones it was just that good.

  The best bbq soul food spot I've been to in Northern Cali. Everything taste amazing and the restaurants vibe is amazing.

  That 1-star review is a lie. You can’t rate a restaurant 1 star for something they can’t control. It doesn’t have anything to say about its quality. The restaurant put temporarily closed yet that lady didn’t read that part. An arsonist set two places on fire. That 1-star is a false review. Google should take it down. The food is amazing and they sell out of items fast, so get yours while they still have it. I can’t wait for them to reopen. I’m very sad they had to go through this.

  Fantastic family owned and run business. Best BBQ around, hands down. It's small inside but they have some outside seating as well. The food is definitely worth the trip! They have everything from mac & cheese to collard greens and it's all delicious.

  Wife wanted Bear West for her birthday wearing a its my birthday hat we went there. Ordered our food and first told it would be about 20 minutes, then was told we had to wait a hour for food because all the mac and cheese was given to a door dash order, because door dash orders are a priority over in restaurant customers. So we went to the store and got drinks and came back for the second time. They handed us the food and after we checked there was still no mac and cheese. Birthday girl asked for it and with attitude the employee said oh I thought you got it. We for the mac and cheese and left. When we got home we discovered there no BBQ sauce any where. None on the ribs, chicken, or sausages. No containers of any sauce of any kind. She would not let me go back with her do to my anger issues and my temper so she went back and got the BBQ sauce. When she returned I asked if they did anything to make up for ruining your birthday meal and she said no. I asked if they at least apologized and she said no and it took them a while to help her as they were trying to close up shop. So we ordered our food at 5pm but I didn't get to eat it till 10pm. This is unacceptable and this business needs to do better and they owe my wife an apology.
