- EEemicatSep 14, 20251.0NEVER ORDER A CUSTOM CAKE FROM HERE: i had pre order a custom cake for my partner's birthday 2 weeks ago on a friday and when i went on the sunday to go pick it up they said the cake was never made or had my name written down. i had called someone on saturday to make sure the order was confirmed on their said because I never got a email receipt about my order. they had told me that the printer for the editable picture was not working so I wasn't going to have the cake I originally wanted. i said okay that's fine I would still want the cake itself. i get there and no cake whatsoever. it even very clear that in the system my order was taken but it was never made to begin with. the worker apologize and said I could pick out a cake from the fridge and said my refund back in 3 to 5 days. today has been since 2 WEEKS AND NEVER GOT A REFUND BACK. i had called the manager on Friday to see if I can just get a cash refund because this was getting ridiculous about it and they agreed and would be here the next time I come back on Sunday. I come back in today and the worker said the manager is not there. I LEFT THERE SO ANGRY BECAUSE THIS WAS THE 3RD TIME I CAME IN AND STILL NOTHING. I have even left MY NAME AND NUMBER so the manager could give me a call about the refund issue. even the worker have tried calling the manager multiple times on their phone and no response whatsoever. this is so completely super unprofessional with the manager and so stressful just to get a simple refund back ! IT SHOULDN'T BE THAT HARD. and that cake was very expensive too, i am so mad about this whole situation and i truly hope nobody ever have to experience this again. after reading all of the reviews about other people's experience about their cake order issues this should've been a big red flag about this place and after all of this i am never coming back to this location ever again. the manger needs to be dealt with IMMEDIATELY.

I have gone to this location several times time and the workers are stressed but they are trying their best. Management needs to make changes, I wonder how many people have also played their orders and getting a call hour before their event and not having time to get a new cake from some where else.

Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.

You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
