  I was there with family visiting from out of town, we had an amazing time. The staff was wonderful and nice they helped us with setting up the game and explained things for us. Honestly a great experience all around I will be back for sure

  Two Suggestions: Negative 10 Stars! 1. Eat and Drink before you get there. 2. If you do decide to have a drink there, order your drinks from the bar before you get to your bay. Terrible experience at Topgolf Montebello. We arrived at 6:30 PM, ordered food and drinks around 6:45, and didn’t receive any drinks for over an hour—not even water for the kids. Our server passed by multiple times, and we followed up politely, but still nothing. Food came out after 45 minutes with no drinks. When I finally asked to cancel the drink order so I could go to the bar, the server got defensive and said it wasn’t allowed. At the bar, I found our drinks just sitting there with melting ice and a dissolving rim—meaning they had been ready but never delivered. The manager, Jake, made everything worse. Instead of listening, he cut me off, raised his voice, and accused me of “attacking the server” even though I stayed calm the entire time. No apology, no accountability—just combative and unprofessional behavior. Another guest even gave him a look like, “What is this guy doing?” Overall, horrible service, rude management, and the food and drinks were disappointing too. Definitely the worst experience I’ve had at a Topgolf.

  Muy buena experiencia, es primera vez que voy y quedé muy contento con la atención, el lugar y la experiencia 😃. Un plan adecuado para parejas, amigos o ir con tu familia. A great experience! It was my first time there and I was very happy with the service, the place, and the overall experience 😃. A perfect plan for couples, friends, or families.

  The staff here were very unfriendly and unprofessional. We were told conflicting information. The reception said our bay was ready and that we could head over, but when we got there, the staff at the bay told us to leave because “the light wasn’t on.” We were not playing, but just sitting as we were waiting. Even after confirming we had a valid reservation, they were rude and did not apologize once the light turned on less than a minute later. It made no sense to be told we couldn’t even sit and wait at our reserved bay, which turned on less than a minute later. The whole experience was confusing, unwelcoming, and disappointing as I was just simply trying to celebrate my birthday and have a good time.

  Top Golf should be a pace to enjoy yourself and have a great tune. However, the Montebello location has plenty to learn and could use lots of improvement with many layers of workers. It should be a fun place until arbitrarily signal you out without a definitive reason. Total BS. They decided to cut me off from swinging a club and drinking based on a workers opinion without any irrefutable reason. This is giving me Trump vibes. Additionally, I asked the manager for an explanation and he couldn’t provide any concrete facts other than to thank me for being an over joyous Dodger fan. I even when out of my way to show him the numerous folks who where absolutely truly hammered and he proceeded to say they weren’t a problem. They disregarded the obvious fact that they were in the wrong and proceeded to say that I couldn’t participate anymore. I’ve had great multiple experiences in Roseville CA, El Segundo CA and Las Vegas NV but the Montebello location in CA is leagues below average. They went overboard by a mile and I’ll never come to this place again for business or pleasure. I’ll settle to being a weekend hacker without an overzealous crew being a dictator.
