  Big shout out to Sandy! My wife and I had a really great time at Topgolf yesterday. We initially ran into some problems with the computer in the bay, but Sandy, our hostess, was able to get it all sorted out for us. She went above and beyond to make sure that we had a really great time, and we were really appreciative of her. We are looking forward to coming back again!

  Bad service the bartender kept ignoring us. Seriously like you can't see 4 empty cups and were just sitting for more than 8 mins, but the people next to us kept getting served

  Wanted to have fun, but almost every interaction with the staff last night was negative and killed the vibe for the whole group. From the moment we checked in , the group felt like we didn’t want to be helped. Check in guy up front gave us attitude as soon as we walked up to him, the bay host was friendly and nice, our server was not friendly at all, and the bar on the 3rd floor had horrible customer service. Ordered drinks from a guy and he served me up with attitude, I felt bad cause I thought I ordered drinks after the bar closed. But I saw other guest going to the bar, being helped by the girl bartenders. Turns out last call wasn’t announced overhead until 1.5 hours later. The bartender was Tonji, acting like he can’t see customers so that he can close the bar early.

  Bad experience from check-in, bay host bar tender. None of the staff provided satisfactory customer service. Large group checked in. The person working the desk looked up from his computer one time. Did not greet us, not even a hello, what do you want? Just a stare. Mind you it was 11PM not really a peak hour. A friend sent us a text of the bay #. He said our bay is on the 3rd floor. At the bay the host server said 8 ppl max the rest has to leave. We went to the bar and was ignored by Tonji. Bar top wasn’t busy. He kept his head down and continued to close the bar at 11pm. Wasn’t until another female bar tender walked by greeted and serviced us. Ordered a bucket and waited to rotate out. When we rotated we had our beverages, the bay host was quick to tell us we couldn’t have our drinks because we didn’t order from her. We reminded her that SHE was the one who told us half the group has a to leave and did not give us the opportunity to buy any drinks from her. Another group left bc the bay host said they’re not buying any drinks from her. Their bay was open we asked to use it, she said no we are not buying drinks from her, we said WILL buy drinks from u she said no and locked the bay. TG Montebello not a vibe. Literally trying to spend money but the staff was WEIRD.

  *Adding pictures of workers* Won’t be back to this location and i don’t recommend going. Had a server “comp” our hour and we clarified this 3 times for her to charge my friend when I wasn’t looking EVEN THOUGH BOOKING WAS UNDER MY NAME. Then I asked her name FYI it is Sandy. Went to management for them to send us a “team lead” who is actually surprisingly below sandy in management?!? I talked with respect and both chris and apparently the real manager..“Jesus” laughed in our faces handed us a card and told us we won’t be comped. They called security and threatened us with the police. No things were said by my party that was out of line they got so disrespectful and rude. To top it off this is how i ended my birthday. The security were no better they wanted to fight and put hands on us WHEN WE WANTED TO LEAVE. Anyways terrible first visit and terrible management and just humanly respect lacking heavily here.
