  I came here to eat with my mom and Faith was the absolute best server for us. We had left another restaurant because they were super slow and although the host here said it would be a ten minute wait we were seated quickly. Drinks, food, and bread came out super fast!!

  I remember going to Outback Steakhouse in I think it was Dublin, back in the days. Remembering it was sooo good, Ive been wanting to go back for a while. They had they lobster bisque that was amazing. So we end up going to the one at Milpitas since we were at the mall. Huge mistake. About 5 young kids standing at the host table doing nothing, just standing around. Nice kids, just not sure what they are paid to do. We had to walk up to one of them to get there attention to get a seat. We waited, noticed another guy and this son came in as well to get seated but since they were ignored, man just turned around and left. Good for him. Long story short, floor is dirty, messy and disgusting. Junk and pieces of food all over. Kids at the front should be cleaning instead of talking. Food was disappointing. Extremely different from the advertised pictures. Which food usually is, and thats ok but this was like, "what!?". Im paying $30 for this plate? It was like a ity bity mini version of the picture. At least the bread that they bring out to you was good, warm and served with butter. Guy next to us was surprised and upset about his lobster he ordered. Not sure why but they came and served him a whole new one because of his complaint. My husbands steak sandwich was just ok if you're hungry. Subway can make a better and bigger one for 1/2 the price. Waste of our money if I have to be honest. 100% will never be back here again.

  Kareem, our server was FANTASTIc! Super nice and attentive. Checked on us and proactively jumped on refills, food status updates, and of course the Outback bread. We came as a family of 4 and all ordered steaks (med rare) and 3/4 were cooked wrong (med well), tough and hard to cut no pink anywhere. So Kareem sent them back and replaced our order. When they arrived, he waited for us to cut through the steaks and ensured they were good before leaving us to it. I would give more stars but this is the 2nd time within the last few months that an order was sent back which shows me the kitchen staff and/or chef is inconsistent. We’ll give them another go, but if this is a continued trend I might need to find a new spot for steaks!

  Talk about staff being miserable -even the manager didn’t say hello when being sat down Sadly this is the only outback in the area and it’s always slow service not unless you flag the staff down to take your order If you don’t say anything and your sitting there with the menu closed, they will ignore you. so heads up be aggressive on trying to get the attention of the server I only come here for the food which is good but sadly the service here is trash No utensils no hello no welcome no hey we’re short staff today it’s gonna be slow I get it- short staff and it’s slow but letting the customers know goes a long way If your staff is miserable please stay home or at least fake being nice because it really does affect how the food taste

  This last time I went to Outback was the BEST time. My experience was highly elevated by the server, JoJo. He was ahead of every mistake and had it corrected before anything came to our table. He is friendly, professional, observant, compassionate and above all an impressive employee. All of our food was cooked to perfection. Our appetizer was delicious! (Blooming onion). He gave special attention to the kids, making them feel important. He even brought the birthday person an ice cream without singing to accommodate their social anxiety, but still took the time to make him feel special. I will most definitely will be back and ask to be seated in JoJo's section. I'm a very happy customer!
