  We were sat down for 30 minutes without drinks served to us or even a waiter to receive our orders. There were 3 hostesses and one server in our area but none attended to us except for the server who dropped by to apologize for a second as the table next to us were splitting a check 12 ways. We ended up trying to order Togo where the hostess couldn’t even put in our order and took forever to get our 3 gingerbread fizz (mind you is just SODA) we ended up waiting a total of an HOUR to get some soda while everyone was on their phones in the back or in the bathroom. Worst service and location ever

  i dont like this location. staff are rude and always yapping. i did an order pickup and the girls were standing in the back talking without helping FOH. not sure if theyre on break or what their job is but there was noone on order pick up despite there being 3 other orders. i got there at the estimated time but it wasnt ready. okay, so i used the restroom and got out and waited for 15 minutes. i saw a bag but because there was 3, i didnt see my name (smaller print) and didnt want to walk into the kitchen area. After getting no help at all i called out and the girl looked irritated. her tone was nasty and practically threw the bag at me. its nov 15 now, was randomly reminded of the interaction and how much it irritated me.

  We never got our bread! Lol We were served our appetizers and entrees back to back. Then our drinks. The restaurant was kinda empty, only 5 single men at the bar seated separately. But the one server was quickly swamped when more parties arrived. We didn't need anything but noticed that the sauce cups had a film on top, like they had been left out for some time. Luckily nobody got sick but we didn't realize how rushed we were til we left. No bread and drinks to start off with, just brought everything at once and we paid at the table cause we weren't getting service. Just dropped off the appetizers with the entrees and drinks. Sticky table and counters, honestly the whole place needs to be cleaned.

  If you appreciate rude managers that treat you like garbage and paint you to be the bad guy because of a misunderstanding when ordering frequent this establishment so I sat at the bar to eat and it was like 15 minutes before anybody even approached said anything to me and I was the only guy at the bar no wonder the customer service is so poor anyway so the guy comes up and I'm telling him about what I would like to order an add-on that I want to do and he says no worries I'll work it out the way you want and it'll be the same price or whatever but whenever I get to Bill it's way higher than it should have been so I bring the attention to the earlier conversation and after a conversation with a different waiter who said no worries I'll go get that guy you ordered from and then all of a sudden a different guy comes out of the back I'm the manager James Colby and I'm here to be a jerk to you treat you poorly and and insist you were the one being rude to the staff which is simply not true so I gave him a good GFS on the receipt and he held it up and snap a picture of me on the way out the corporate training is showing immaculately here clean this place up it's a dump with terrible service never again

  A Solid Meal and Great Value I recently had dinner here. To sum up my experience: while the food itself was decent, it wasn't exactly a mind-blowing culinary event. However, the excellent service and the very reasonable price point are compelling enough reasons for me to happily return. The Food: Satisfactory, Not Spectacular I ordered the ribeye, and while it was cooked correctly to my requested medium-rare, it didn't possess that deep, char-grilled flavor or exceptional tenderness you might hope for in a top-tier steakhouse. It was perfectly fine and satisfying—a solid, well-portioned meal—but definitely not a dish I'd rave about later. The side dishes were competent, but also standard fare. The Service and Value: The Highlight This is where the restaurant truly shines. Our server was incredibly attentive, friendly, and professional. They handled our table efficiently and with genuine warmth, making us feel welcome without being intrusive. The quality of service far exceeded my expectations for the price range. Speaking of price, the overall value is excellent. Considering the portion sizes and the quality of the hospitality, the final bill was very affordable compared to other steakhouses in the area. Final Verdict This isn't the spot for a luxurious, special-occasion splurge, but if you're looking for a reliable, good-value steak dinner delivered with genuinely great service, this place is hard to beat. Because of the staff and the affordability, I would definitely go back.
