  OMG, shout out to our AMAZING waiter JAMES! He was a complete rockstar! My family came in on a Friday night not realizing there would be a crowd! He brought the energy, always smiling, gave us some recommendations, constantly checked-in on how we were doing, made sure our drinks were refilled. He was just an absolute pleasure! What a great way to start our weekend! Thank you JAMES!

  This place made me upset because Outback is not an upscale restaurant but their execution, attention to detail and process has always been where they have shined and overachieved. While placing my takeout order I was greeted with a 15% recommended gratuity. This was offputting for a takeout order. I did tip, under protest. When I got my food everything was cold and cheaply packaged. The potatoes were not just cold but sparsely plated (one spoonful). The steak was tough and poorly seasoned. I was charged for sides of chimichurri and garlic butter but they gave me these tiny portions that must be new. The lobster smelled so bad that i had to throw it out. The bread was delicious. $100 for some good bread? Outback I deeply dissatisfied by this poor service but I think it is the location and not Outback overall. I have eaten at Outback dozens if times a d never been disappointed. I hope the manager can test out his/her staff and find out what went wrong. I am willing to try this place again but that speaks to how good Outback is overall. Please make my next review a 5 star across the board.

  My family & I came as a party of 14 tonight 03/12/26. Half adults, half kids. James was our waiter along with another younger guy who was training. James checked in on our table every time he walked by. He cracked jokes, and was very polite. Overall, they were patient, attentive, and fun spirited guys. My nephew even said he hopes to see James again when we come back lol. Food was also great, not a single complaint from us!

  Our waiter James was very friendly, efficient and always asking us if we had everything we needed. We were a party of 14 and he handled our group very professionally very friendly and very attentive to all our needs and questions. He was very knowledgeable of the menu of the selection of choices we can do. I would definitely come back. Thank you James for service and your attentiveness. We greatly appreciate you.

  Jacob did a great job taking care of my wife and me tonight. He was friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout the meal. Service was excellent. The only small issue was with the steak temperatures. My wife ordered her steak medium and it came out perfect. I ordered a 9oz steak medium, but it came out rare. Not a big deal, and I still enjoyed it, but it’s the reason food didn’t quite hit 5 stars. I ended up taking about half of it home. Overall though, a really nice experience and Jacob provided great service. We'd definitely come back.
