Every time my fiancé orders at this McDonalds, one of the workers kept accusing him of stealing hot mustard after he asked for them. At least check the damn receipt before making such accusations! Jeez…

Their online system sucks — you end up waiting 10–15 minutes. You’re better off going through the drive-thru. Honestly, you’re way better off picking up your order there instead of going inside.
Avoid ordering any kind of double cheeseburger here — it feels like a total rip-off. If you want better service, go to the McDonald’s on Fremont. That location actually respects reasonable prices and good customer service, unlike this one.

Service was okay! My fries were pretty cold and my burger was smashed and not very hot. And the bun edges were tough (almost like it was sitting under a heat lamp). I'll be back to give it a 2nd opinion.

Careful if using app, they will not make your food.
We Order thought the app. When we went in to pick up they were rude saying we never order I had the receipt they wouldn't bother with helpin. They said we have to go through the app to get a refund. They didn't bother making it or correcting it. So they steal your money and make u spend over 15 minute on the phone line that isn't even on the app to get a refund.
The lady was rude and not helpful at all.
