- ACAna CalderonJun 20, 20251.0Ordered online to have it delivered to my house, got the email notification that it was delivered at 1:28 but the pizza was nowhere to be found. Gave it a grace period to see if maybe the driver was lost or misplaced the pizza yet 20 minutes went by and nothing. Called the store to contact the driver to see what was happening and without doubt the person over the phone assured me the driver was on his way and just placed me on hold ( failed to place me on hold btw since I could hear half the conversation of the staff) and once the call was off hold they hung up on me. 30 minutes later the pizza arrives. My issue ? Don’t lie over the delivery status just to make it seem like it was done on time. I don’t mind waiting extra but I do mind the lie of having it delivered and the lack of customer service.
