I could already feel the judging smirks the first time I went in, but the second time, the baristas completely ignored me. They didn’t even acknowledge my existence. There was a rush and they were handing out orders so I waited. After the rush, they went back to talking. I asked if the coffee that had been sitting out for a good 5 mins with no tag was for the person I was delivering to, the baristas stopped talking suddenly and rolled their eyes, pissed off. They didn’t say a single word to me. They packaged the coffee, then slid it over to me on the counter without even looking in my direction. It takes a lot for me to leave a negative review bc customers can be jerks- especially in food/cafe- but that was the most stuck in middle school energy I’ve felt since I graduated years ago. I feel really sad for you if making your customers feel bad bc you’re a barista(?!) in Malibu is your way of making yourself better. Being a mean girl isn’t cute it’s extremely embarrassing. I will never spend money here so thank you for making up my mind.
