I ordered a mobile order, they couldn't get my code & most likely they gave my food to someone else. I asked her for my refund and she gave me attitude and said it will go back into my account. Almost a month later and I still have not received it. I even contacted customer support and nothing. I speak no Spanish and even though I responded in English she still spoke to me in Spanish like I understand her which I didn't. I heard her speak English, but she was still naive and spoke to me in Spanish. The regular employees who give out the orders and take my payment are ALWAYS nice so this is specifically for the higher ups. Work on your customer service!
