  Disappointing First Experience – Unlikely to Return Last night, we decided to try Shishi Lounge for dinner and tea. We called ahead, and a gentleman took our name for a reservation — no mention was made of any minimum spend requirement. Upon arrival, the hostess seated us, but then our server informed us of a $60 per person minimum. My brother explained that we had called earlier and weren’t informed of this policy. The server then said he would make an “exception” for us, which already made the situation feel uncomfortable and unwelcoming. My brother, trying to keep things polite, mentioned that only 2 or 3 of us (out of 5) planned to eat, and the rest would order tea and appetizers. He even asked if we should just leave. The server responded with, “Don’t worry, I know my job — I’ll make it work.” So we decided to stay. We ordered a soltani, a combo appetizer plate, some drinks, and tea. However, we were charged for a lemon tea we never ordered. At that point, we were too drained to argue over a small charge, so we paid the bill and left after about an hour and a half. As for the food: •    Appetizers were below average •    Soltani was just okay — nothing memorable Overall, our first visit felt uncomfortable, and the lack of transparency, average food quality, and questionable service left a poor impression. You want to spend your money at places where your business is appreciated and you’re treated with respect and served quality food. Unfortunately, this wasn’t the case here. I doubt any of us will be returning.

  I had my birthday and everything was absolutely amazing! I had about 40 guests, and the management was so professional. The DJ was fantastic, the servers were super nice, the food was delicious, and the dancers were incredible. Thank you so much, Veronika and Mohammed, for making everything perfect. A special thanks to Randy, the videographer so professional and talented. I truly appreciate everything and highly recommend your team!

  From the moment I arrived, one person stood out from the rest, Jade. She was welcoming, attentive, and truly made a lasting impression. What really stood out was that Jade didn't just provide service, but she brought the whole experience together. At any food place, the quality of the food is obviously important, but the service is equally as important. Jade is hands down the best at what she does. From what I observed, she kept everything running smoothly and made me feel valued. She's the kind of person who can turn a good day into a great one

  Where in the world people charge for bringing drink from outside! if it was policy they could've tell us not to drink outside drink.we saw people bring drink from outside always as their drink is ridiculously expensive ,we just brought 2 can sodas and they charged 170$ just for that.If it's not BS ,don't know what's that .
