When I got there they said they were running behind and it was almost 45 minutes BEFORE WE GOT OUR PIZZA!!! It was way later than the time they promised us that it would be ready. They also promised to give free soda as a result of the long wait. THEY NEVER GAVE THE SODA!!!!! When I got home I called the supervisor at this pizza hut to complain. She had NOTHING BUT EXCUSES!!!. She tried to say they gave the soda to me when they had not given it. She was a dishonest manager and a liar. She also was trying to say that the wait was long because they were busy. I explained to her that they did not give the soda and that they should have been prepared. THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE!!! It is obvious that this pizza hut location does not value customer service. Otherwise, they would have been prepared or at least apologetic if things go wrong. However, this pizza hut location does not value customer service. I will NEVER eat at this pizza hut location again!!! If this happens at another location, I will not eat at any pizza hut location for a long time. I complained to pizza hut and let them know my feelings on this matter.
