Do you think anyone in the kitchen cared? Nope. The very first spoonful I lifted had a giant shrimp staring back at me. If I hadn’t caught it, I could’ve been on the floor choking while your staff shrugged their shoulders. This isn’t a “whoopsie”! This is life-threatening negligence. Allergen requests are not a cute suggestion; they’re a legal, moral, and professional obligation. You failed at all three. And to add insult to injury, after I waited while they remade the soup, I was told the dining room was now closed. So because of your screw-up, I had to take my food to go like some kind of punishment. That’s customer service here: poison me, waste my time, then kick me out. This place is a liability lawsuit waiting to happen. If you value your health, your time, or even basic human respect, go anywhere else. Pick Up Stix has earned my absolute contempt. And that's a shame too because I really like their soup...
