I came in for a late lunch fri night the 21st, it was about 9pm and they were pretty busy both inside and drive thru. I was greeted right away by a woman who was cleaning and sweeping the lobby. The staff in the kitchen were all moving with purpose and I just have to say I have not been into a McDonald’s as well run as I saw this night.
Everyone was polite in spite of how busy they were, moving with purpose running bags out to the customers at the drive thru. Really clean lobby……again just a pleasure to see such a well run staff doing their work as it should be done.

Here I am zooted opening my bag of deliciousness I ordered a double quarter pounder meal with a coke and a side of chicken mcnuggets and I am absolutely appalled to not find the sauce the sauce the man asked for he told me consciously asking me what sauce I want and I reply bbq and he simply can deliver on the goods atleast one freaking bbq sauce

Went through drive through parked me then the lady comes out hands me a hot coffee with the lid not on spills all over my legs and private area and she laughs at me jumping around in my jeep and I got a my bad and then when I went inside and asked for a phone number to complain she said we are not a corporation and there is no complaint number said a said. So my hands and legs burning she actually said she would call the cops on me

Looks very clean but ours not accurate. I got here at 2 in the morning. Because it said 24 hours, but they have cones up in the drive through and had the doors locked for the building.

I tried to order 3 meals at the drive up. Nothing special or difficult but the cashier couldn’t get it correct. I attempted to fix it at the window they finally called the manager to assist. I thought the problem was solved until I got to the pickup window and she handed me too many drinks, the wrong flavor and Hamburg happy meals where they could have been nugget. Too much expense and frustration for a business who doesn’t value its customers and doesn’t attempt to correct their mistakes.
