  Its a hit or miss if you are gonna get all the iteam of your order when picking up from the driver threw. Don't get me started on how many times ive asked them if the sauces I requested are with my order and end up not be ANY at all. It very disappointing even when I ask at the last window the give 2 rach & 2sweet and sour for 2 orders of the BigMac pack.

  I walked in was greeted with a smile friendly people I double cheeseburger was amazing I mean hot and fresh I actually had to wait about two minutes anyway thank you very much for a great burger please keep it up Rock on McDonald’s G

  staff is rude, they all have attitudes and worst customer service! wish i could rate it a half star doesn’t even deserve a full one.

  This McDonald’s messes up your orders and they blame you! They don’t apologize when they realize they’ve made a mistake and they’ve made plenty of mistakes here. Today they didn’t give us the McDouble or French fries without salt and asked for the receipt which wasn’t even given to us in the drive thru. The manager thought we were lying and made us park so that he could get the receipt himself. He came out gave us the missing food and didn’t apologize. When we got home I realized they gave me a regular coke instead of a Diet Coke. They also didn’t give us sauces for the nuggets even though we asked for them. You guys have one job! So disappointing. Management sucks here.

  Store was closed but they continued to allow online orders they can’t fill for over a hour. Must of charged over a hundred customers who could not pick up an order because they closed the store drive thru included. Andrew was incompetent or simply lying. Told me he had no way of find g receipts and I had my app pulled up for him. Told me I had to go get a bank statement while waving his finger at my like belligerent addict. I spoke with cooperate they told me to go back and get a receipt from the store so he is lying. Cooperate said there was no reason for him to demand a bank statement. They are now being investigated by a franchise member for fraud. Even cooperate agreed it made no sense to leave online ordering on and looks suspicious. Andrew had a chance to fix this in store but wanted to act like he’s ok the streets instead
