    I walked in. The three women were chatting away and could careless a new customer was there. There's no menu. They gone high tech. I couldn't figure out how to use their app.whe. I looked around, no one else was there to help. I walked out.

    Alright, closing at a posted 8p.m. for a taco bell is Absolutely ridiculous, to have management have the flexibility to lock up at 7:58 seems like a weird dream, No App ordering, just like way back in 1988 No drive threw....(hmmm) All the quirks of this small taco bell right in rhe middle of walnut creek or what ever this i am about to get arrested vibe is has my vote of the worst taco bell on planet earth See pic of sad back door closed at 8pm

    Best crunchwrap of my entire life. And I like them a lot. These workers get it done fast and they get it done well. The only crunchy tostada I have ever had in a crunchwrap. 10/10 lives in my mind now

    I visited this place on June 19, 2025, at 11 a.m. The person in charge is disgusting. He treats the workers very poorly and is disgusting to customers. He creates an unpleasant atmosphere. I do not recommend it.

    They make you order through a kiosk. The kiosk had me swipe my credit card, but apparently never registered the payment and order despite saying my card was accepted. I was angry after waiting 45 minutes only to realize the order wasn't processed, my boyfriend was angry at me, and the Taco Bell smells like smoke. Just a bad experience.
