When I got it they gave me 2 cold pieces of cheese on top of the sandwich and then proceeded to say that the order has to be ordered as “well done” and “that they don’t have a machine or melt it”? Whenever I have ordered this before they would melt/cook the cheese with the rest of the ingredients.
