As a customer, you know Customer Service does go a long way. I had explained my order to her twice of what I ordered, and she continued to give me attitude about it when I ordered through the mobile app why is it that I have to show a picture of what I ordered through the app and you’re still challenging me on what I ordered? This makes me very concerned as a customer when you have a very basic job to put food in a bag and serve it to me. I don’t understand how you have three people helping you in the back organized meals and you still can’t get my order correct. This will be the last time I showed up to McDonald’s especially when I spent almost $40 in food. Correct the way I was raised doing Customer Service or anything that has to do Usually, Customer Service comes first. If I was to have an attitude, especially at a food job or a retail job I’d be fired on the spot, but I guess times have changed. What do I know being 35 years old again definitely won’t be returning to this McDonald’s location due to this lady having attitude and they probably won’t do anything about her Behavior
