Cashiers told me they couldn't assist because they only had two people and that I would have to wait. I waited for 10 minutes, only to be denied assistance again. We told the cashier we had been waiting for a long period of time. He replied, " I don't know what to tell you, your going to have to keep waiting". Then I asked, "How much longer?" He responded with an "I don't know." We ended up leaving and going some place else to eat. Horrible! Horrible! Horrible!!

I sat in the drive thru waiting behind another car and they wouldn't even talk to us and tell us why they aren't serving. I was stuck for a while and couldn't get out. Definitely the worst mcdonalds location I'll stick to Colima
