When she finally replied, she was impatient and said, “It’s not that simple,” which was extremely unprofessional. I was only asking for the sauce that should have been included in my meal. McDonald’s has already lost many of the advantages that attract customers. Please do not lose more customers because of poor service attitude. I hope you can take this matter seriously and improve the customer service at this location.
