Everyone lacks hospitality or any emotions at all. Not sure how these employees make $20/hr but can’t get simple orders correct. The only lady who’s consistent and great is the older Asian lady at the drive thru window as I never get my order wrong or missing w her and she says hello and smiles. Ex: I ordered a happy meal for my toddler and both the milk and the toy were missing. How do you royally mess up the most important part of the happy meal- a toy?! And then we ordered a mcdonaldland meal and they forgot the souvenir. Employees here need to be better trained to check for correct and complete orders before handing bags, and people need to learn to talk and smile- even a basic hello or hi.
