I stopped by here to meet some friends for Happy Hour. This was actually my second time here, and this round we got Francisco as our bartender. He clearly loves what he does, crafting cocktails with precision and creativity. Not only are his drinks spot-on, but his personality makes the experience even better. Super friendly, chatty, and genuinely fun to talk to. All the staff here are friendly and attentive, and I always love the overall vibe of this place. Super fun, relaxed, and full of energy. They already have the entire place decorated for Halloween, which adds to the festive, cozy atmosphere. Heads-up: finding this place can be a little tricky if it’s your first time. It’s tucked away in the same building as The Cellar, so keep an eye out or you might walk right past it. Whether you’re stopping in for a casual drink or catching up with friends before a night out, Hidalgo always hits right!

Watered down Mexican food. When you see items like Fajitas on the menu you know it’s a red flag. Portions are small too. Also looks like their tortillas are not hand made.
