The staff act disgusting being rude and slamming windows because I decided to just get a refund and didn't want to park the manager had the same attitude slamming windows now I know why the staff acts unprofessional I would not like my buissnes being ran by this manager what so ever this happened on 11/11/2025 @ around 9:30am manager was a tall male, McDonald's need to replace this guy amd the staff working the last window.

I've been coming here for a while now but not anymore. I made an order at the drive through and payed for it, made the mistake of not getting a receipt. But at the pick up window the young man, real nice, handed my order to me I noticed then that I had an extra drink but I was missing a large fry. He tried to correct the order. But a lady in a yellow shirt made a big deal about me trying to come up on them. I heard her talking all that mess. I believe she was a supervisor because everyone else was wearing a different shirt. I work customer service and I know sometimes customers can be difficult, that was never my intention. It was an honest mistake by the person taking my order. I returned the drink and I was willing to pay the difference if there was any. What angered me was the reaction of the manager. She has no business working customer service if she can't control her reactions.

My go to McDonald’s. I really like going only when dolphina is there she keeps this place spotless . When she’s there I have a clean table to eat on and play area is clean for the kids unfortunately I noticed when she’s not there it can be very dirty . She deserves a raise !!!
