I cannot believe how DISGUSTING the inside of this McDonald’s was. 🥴 I popped in just to have my kids play in the indoor play place between practices and I was absolutely appalled. Chairs were missing. The floor looked like it hadn’t been mopped in weeks. The tables were filthy. I had to wipe down our table and all our chairs. In the 30 minutes we were there I didn’t see a single worker cleaning. I didn’t dare let my 1 year old walk around on that floor. I’m sure the inside of the play structure was nasty too. And the food was cold. Overall I would not come back! Oh also they don’t have a code for the bathroom it’s just locked?? So every time a kid needs to use the bathroom you have to wait in line for them to unlock it. If you do come, bring your own wipes and hand sanitizer.

Quite rude. Not the first time I’ve experienced this here. If it wasn’t on a route I was forced to drive routinely, I would not come to this location at all.
They will frequently, regardless of time of day ask you to park while they sort out orders or other technical difficulties.
The whole purpose of a drive thru is to get through quickly. As I write this, all eleven (11) stalls are full of people waiting for food.

Very unprofessional and unsanitary McDonald’s location I came there this morning 12/20/25 around 6:10am I was the only one in the drive thru, no one behind me. First the BOY who took my order was talking very fast and couldn’t comprehend that I wanted a biscuit sausage sandwich with round egg and cheese. When I came to pay he had only charged me for a biscuit and sausage sandwich. The cashier which was the only professional fixed that and charged me correctly. When I got my food he was moving like he was in a rush and had creamer all over my coffee cup and handed me a scrunched up bag. I drove off to work trying to eat my hash brown and instantly spit it out. It was hard and dry like it was from the day before. Then I attempted to bite the sandwich exact same thing biscuit hard as a rock the only thing that looked fresh was the egg. I called to speak to a manager and she told me I can get a remake and I told her I was on my way to work and would perfer a refund and wouldn’t be able to make it until 5pm. She sed she would let the other managers know and to bring the old food in for a refund with a attitude this lady to no accountability and made it seem like I was lying all I wanted was a quick bite to eat on my way to work and McDonalds completely screwed that up for me this location is a joke with kids running the restaurant needs better management and needs to learn to throw old food out after a certain time frame I will definitely be making a report to corporate on the manager as soon as I get her name. Will post pics after I stop driving disgusting!

Every time I have came to this location something is wrong with my order. Even after being parked, which happens most times my order is still incorrect. This time they asked at the window what the order was, looked in the bag and still gave me the wrong stuff.

We’ve been sitting in curbside pick up for over 27 minutes for a drink and some fries. My kids were screaming in the car just waiting. This is absolutely ridiculous. After waiting 27 mins they forgot the drink!! Worst McDonalds ever and thats saying a lot.
Can I please have the district manager contact information? When I asked for it, I was told it’s on the bag, but it’s obviously not.
