- JKjohn kampmannDec 23, 20251.0I placed my order for a tote of cookies, a couple sodas and a large fry. I arrived at McDonald's and gave him my number. After receiving my sodas and Fry, they parked me to wait for my cookie tote. After waiting 15 minutes I went inside the store and took another 10 more minutes for them to help me. After someone came up to help. They had my cookie totes sitting right there behind the counter the whole time. I asked if it was normal to wait 40 minutes for for a thing of cookies on my order and they asked me what are they. What do they want me to do about it and that they were busy? Horrible service. Complete garbage makes me wonder why I give McDonald's another chance

Literalmente todas las veces que vengo a este lugar los empleados son una basura, súper groseros, te hablan enojados, te avientan casi la comida y tienen su carota siempre. En especial una señora de tercera edad que entiende en la ventanilla de entrega de comida, omg pésimo servicio. Si no tienes la capacidad de mantener la mente fría no deberías trabajar en un lugar así.
