- SBsara blanke6 days ago1.0⭐ 1 Star Stopped here on 1/2/26 around 9:10 AM on our way to Disneyland. Dined in and ordered at the kiosk. Later that afternoon, my six-year-old daughter and I became severely ill and ended up in urgent care with food poisoning, which ruined a large part of our vacation and cost us money. The cleanliness was already concerning while we were there. The lobby was dirty, and I watched an employee let several guests into the restroom and then go behind the food prep area without washing hands or changing gloves. There were also people sleeping directly against the building. Health and sanitation should be the priority. Based on what I experienced and observed, I would not eat at this location again.

And I don't mean with a button, they literally have to walk around to punch in the code. Which you would think be too keep more control over it, but nope. Needs both sticking AND cleaning. The dining room is filthy with nobody bothering to clean up at all. The staff are clearly miserable. The orders are so backed up you can't escape the urgent beeping at the drive thru and people waiting on a single item are asking for their money back because it's been so long a wait. No water for you because I guess then you don't deserve your drink. And the manager couldn't be bothered to listen to what the reasons are that people are unhappy.
