I explain what the code was for and she says its a third party app so they cant do anything..She made no effort to try an fix it didn't call a manager to try and give the discount from the app. They need better training. Line wasn't packed either

I ordered a spicy wrap and there was no sauce or cheese just chicken wrap and lettuce. They also forgot the 6pc nuggets in my daughter’s happy meal. I understand things happen when it’s busy but every time I go now it’s always something. The person placing the order is correct it’s whoever that’s making or packing the food.
