Garamirchi does a fantastic job of bringing together tradition and variety. The authentic Rajasthani thali stands out with its rich textures, balanced spices, and homestyle taste. The Indochinese menu adds a fun twist, packed with bold flavors and freshness.
The experience starts on a high note with a traditional hand wash, delicious welcome drink that’s refreshing and great hospitality.

We went on NYE to this place. It was pretty full and noisy, which was encouraging, TBH. We got a seat in 5 mins or so.
My friend ordered a soup - the less said about this, the better. The Raj Kachori was soggy.
Then we all ordered the thalis. The default Thali comes with only rice and baati, so we had to order the "gold" Thali for an additional cost so we could get some roti.
The good - ghatte ki sabzi was yummy. It was my first time having it and I enjoyed it. Chaas was delicious. It's also an unlimited Thali (you're paying $25 for it though). Kachori in the Thali was good.
The bad - everything else. Dahi vada was the "starter" in the Thali - it was bland. Baati was too oily and I couldn't enjoy it with the dal, as a result. The dal itself was mild, which was disappointing. The curry of the day was malai kofta - the kofta was pretty garlicky, and the gravy was unremarkable. The dessert was Shrikhand, but it was not thick - it was like Lassi. As mentioned above, the extra soup and Raj Kachori were also pretty bad.
Ultimately I just ended up having a lot of rice and ghatte ki sabji because the other items were not great.

Had an amazing dine-in experience with their unlimited Rajasthani Thali along with Chowmein noodles. Every dish was fresh, flavorful, and authentically prepared. The variety in the thali was impressive, and the taste truly stood out.
The service was exceptional—staff were attentive, warm, and kept checking in to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. I especially loved the Chaas; it was so refreshing that I couldn’t stop drinking it, and they kept refilling it without even having to ask.
Overall, the food quality, generous portions, and outstanding service made the experience completely worth it. It definitely lives up to the hype and offers great value for money. Highly recommended!

We visited Garam Mirchi in Fremont and tried both the Rajasthani Thali and some Indo-Chinese dishes – and honestly, everything was amazing! The Rajasthani thali had that authentic, homestyle taste with great flavors and variety, and the Indo-Chinese was perfectly seasoned, not too oily, and super flavorful.
The service was friendly, food came out fresh, and the whole experience felt worth the visit. If you’re looking for comforting Indian food with bold flavors, definitely check this place out. We’ll be going back for sure!

Great ambiance that truly reminds you of Rajasthan, with beautiful décor, props, and plenty of spots perfect for photos.
Most importantly, the food was excellent — especially the Chinese dishes. What really sets this place apart is the outstanding service. A special shoutout to Shruti, who was exceptional in making my parents (visiting from India) feel comfortable and well taken care of. They absolutely loved the experience.
Highly recommended!
