  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A Hidden Gem in Fremont – Authentic Rajasthani & Indo-Chinese Flavors! Garam Mirchi has become one of my absolute favorite restaurants in the Bay Area. From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with the aroma of authentic Indian spices and a cozy, family-friendly vibe. The team here really knows how to blend Rajasthani tradition with modern Indo-Chinese flair — every dish is full of flavor, beautifully presented, and made with care. We tried their Royal Thali, and it was a feast! Each item — from the soft baati and flavorful daal to the perfectly spiced gatte ki sabzi — tasted homemade yet restaurant-perfect. The churma and gulab jamun were the cherry on top. On another visit, we ordered Paneer Poppers, Schezwan Noodles, and Veg Manchurian Gravy, and everything was hot, fresh, and perfectly seasoned. What really stands out is their attention to detail and hospitality. The owners are passionate about what they do and ensure every guest feels welcome. The restaurant is clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated — ideal for both casual meals and catering events. If you love vegetarian food, this is a must-visit spot. Whether you crave street-style chaats, Indo-Chinese fusion, or authentic Rajasthani comfort food, Garam Mirchi never disappoints. Fremont is lucky to have a place like this!

  We ordered food from Garam Mirchi just a day before our Diwali party, and Vivek was incredibly helpful throughout the process! He gave honest suggestions on what dishes would go well together and didn’t try to upsell anything. He even helped us decide the right quantity based on our headcount — and it turned out to be more than enough! Without us even asking, he provided food warmers to keep everything hot for hours, which was a thoughtful touch and made serving so much easier. If you haven’t tried Garam Mirchi yet, I highly recommend it — they have a refreshing party menu beyond the usual naan and sabzi options. Must-try dishes: 🔥 For kids – Momos and Hakka Noodles 🔥 For adults – Dal Baati and Papad Churi
