- TMTimothy MeyerDec 21, 20231.0Ordered delivery for 2 pizzas, after an hour I called to check on the stays since no one arrived. I was told the system crashed and they lost the order and I wasn’t charged. Well I still wanted dinner so I ordered again, after another hour no one arrived it. 2 hours and no pizza, I look at my account and I was charged twice. I call the store again and I was told that the pizzas were in the “warmer” as they didn’t have a driver to take them. As now Pizza Hut new policy, they use a third party for deliveries. And the 3rd party isn’t showing up for them. Most ridiculous experience with ordering pizza in my life. Will never use Pizza Hut again after hearing they don’t even deliver pizza themselves anymore. Total clown show

The food tastes disgusting now when you order from them and they don't use their own delivery people. Extremely disappointing.
