- AOAlfa OmegaSep 14, 20251.0Today sep. 14 2025 I spoke to a lady over the phone, I was trying to order my food to come and pick it up and come back to my store because I only take 30 min break, the lady that attended me was too rude, I am sorry if you were having a bad day but it's not my fault, I own several business in Fallbrook and I wouldn't got to where I'm at if it wasn't because I train my workers to keep the best customer service., I highly recommend customer service training for the workers at Pizza Hut. For now you just let a client go.
