I’ve always had great service here, but my recent visit was extremely disappointing. I went through the drive-thru during off-peak hours and was the only car in line. The worker asked me to park in spot #1, and when I politely asked if I could just wait here (since no one else was behind me) and would gladly park there if a car pulls behind me, she responded in an upset tone, saying, "No, you have to park in #1." I accepted that, even though I thought waiting where I was would’ve been more convenient for both of us, since they wouldn’t have to send someone outside. After parking, I waited over 20 minutes for my order, which is unusual for me because I typically order the same items, a McDouble meal with additional chicken nuggets, and it’s usually pretty quick. When I asked the worker why my order took so long today, she replied, “Oh, I was on my break and just noticed your order.” To make matters worse, when I checked my order, my fries were missing! I had to go inside and wait additional times for the fries, and there was no apology or compensation for the inconvenience or for their mistakes. This experience was a letdown, especially given how great the service used to be here. The experience and interaction with the recent workers there at the drive-thru was horrible. I hope the management addresses these issues for future customers. Note: It was a drive-thru pickup on Tuesday 12/09 slightly before 4pm.
