Literally every time I'm here, there is nobody at the cashier and the employees stare at me like they don't know why I'm waiting. I've waited 15 minutes once before someone decided to take my order. I can do a curbside pick up and still wait 10 minutes after parking to get my food. If I do a mobile order, the order can potentially disappear in their system and I have to flag someone down to make it. Orders don't always come with condiments that I wanted, or even napkins.
