The staff was friendly and helpful, especially when we used our fundraiser buy-one-get-one-free card. No hassle, just smiles and quick service. The smoothies were delicious—fresh, flavorful, and exactly what we needed after a mountain bike ride on Pleasanton Ridge. Young gentleman helping me this evening was pleasant enough, but not enough to make up for the surly young lady making the orders!! Not only was she not friendly, but she obviously has not been trained appropriately on how to make correct portions. I paid $18 for a large acai primo bowl, plus extra for additional toppings, and what I received was a lot of fruit, the extra toppings, and very little action primo. I have NEVER received such a poorly made large bowl in all of the Jamba Juice locations that I've been to!!
